How can I stop the damned forum from subscribing me to threads and sending me e-mails everytime someone responds?

dont check enable email notification of replies in the quick reply.

and u can manage subscriptions in control panel (ala delete them)

and u can also choose to uncheck by default

I kept deleting the subscriptions but then it kept subscribing me more. I searched around all through the frekin control options and couldn't stop it. Damned thing is right under where i'm typing. Thank you now I won't have to delete 30 emails every time I go to check it. :)

Ok where can I make it so that the box is unchecked by default?

well, u can choose in controls so subscribe by default w/ no email notification. thats the best ive been able to find lol
