I visited a friends house the other day and got to play with his roommates pet snake. It was some type of boa, about 2 feet long. Its was really cool to be able to just sit there watching TV, high, while a snake coiled around your neck or arms.

I've been thinking about it and I believe I want to get one for christmas, make the parents pay for the cages and all.

But I need to gather info about them.

How much upkeep? Feeding? Etc...

Anyone have any experience with snakes?

I killed about a 2 foot copperhead off my porch a couple months ago. It bit my bluetick. She almost died. I hate snakes. The only good snake is a dead snake.

They are not loving animals, they are selfish, evil, worthless whore-animals. And it pisses me off when people have them for pets and pretend to think that they actually love them...they dont....they just want you to feed them so they can ignore you some more...hateful fuckers.

You should just go get a puppy...no...scratch that. You should go buy a snake....put it in a big 5 gallon plastic ozarka bottle, shake the bottle until the Snake finally erupts and dies. (It will probably take a couple hours). Then throw the bottle out and feel happy cause you rid the world of one more disgusting creature. Then go out and buy a puppy for a pet.
