He's fucking hilarious.

His such a wise ass, he's like this one dude named "E.J." that was at my high school back in the day. Screech is all grown up and has a HUGE chip on his shoulder. He's a black belt, been doing karate or whatever for 18 years, and he's also a stand up comedian that apparently is beginning to get pretty good recognition(as per their conversations on the show).


He was talking to Pugs and Kelly and Pugs called him "Dustin Screech Diamond" and he got all pissed off and irritated about it. When Pugs asked him why he was so upset about it he said: "Well, let me put it this way for you. If when you were in high school you had a really bad nickname would you want it to follow you into adulthood when you are 28 years old? What if your name was........................sch..............schlon gbreath or something? You wouldnt want that to be your name when you got older would you?"

It was hilarious....he said "Schlongbreath"..haha.

dude. they suck as any other roles. If that is all they are going to be remembered as, then that means something about their acting. And take for example he was on saved by the bell, the new class as Screech again. He wishes he was like Mark Paul Gausler and landed a role on NYPD Blue.

He said he 'tapped' all of the extras on the show. He said he was 'tapping' them since he was 12 years old....he said that all of the cast members would go out and hang out and stuff and he would go 'tap' some ass in his trailer(which he shared with Elizabeth Burkely).

I think he's a liar and is making up false stories so he can look like a badass when he is, in all actuality, just an overgrown nerd who just so happened to be on tv as well.

Everybody already talked about his celebrity boxing, which I was going to mention...but is it just me, or did it not seem like Screech was that comfortable in hand-to-hand combat? I mean, sure, he kicked the guy's ass...but he had the reach, height, and weight advantage. He just looked amateurish in the ring, not like a trained martial artist. His punches weren't that crisp, he did a lot of "flailing," and he just looked uncomfortable and out of his element.

Derek beat me to mentioning Tiffani-Amber Thiessen. She's a household name. Saved by the Bell, followed by Beverly Hills 90210, and then Fastlane (which was the best show of all fucking time), with a couple of decent movie cameos...she's had as good a career as most television stars, and she's definitely up there with Mark-Paul Gosselaar, who has only done NYPD Blue, and a TV movie or three.

Mario Lopez married the hottest woman on the face of the planet...but then he got dumped by her, so I suppose he loses out. Plus, he did a male version of The View...he definitely loses out.

Elizabeth Berkley did a few big name films...Any Given Sunday, First Wive's Club, and Showgirls, plus she was in a couple of decent independent films (like Roger Dodger).

Leah Remini was in the summer episodes (the daughter of the guy who owned the resort). She's gone on to do a couple of things...King of Queens, Old School, some VH-1 special about her wedding (Nick and Jessica style), and something else that I can't remember.

Then there are people like Screech, Lisa, Mr. Belding, and company who never did much of anything.

I say it's time for a 10-year reunion, made-for-TV movie.

Elizabeth Berkley has been in 5 movies in the past year and a half. Shame they all sucked.

A lot of actors and actresses (especially those that have roots in television) have upswings and downswings...some taking up to a decade off before finding another role in a TV show that actually goes into production. Once Zach's character is off NYPD Blue, he'll go through the same drought that Tiffani Thiessen has gone through post-Fastlane. I still think, despite the fact that she hasn't done anything in the past year...she has a better resume than Gosselaar.
