If you show up and fight, you are also consenting to whatever happens. So therefore, you can't sue either. You've agreed to do this just as much as he has. And just to make sure, i'll be presenting a contract on Sunday which I will sign, and Devin must as well, with the signature of a witness to our signing, which states that it is a consentual act and neither of us, no matter what injuries sustained, will sue the other or have some third party bring suit.
If Devin refuses to sign, there won't be a fight, it's that simple. And if he refuses to sign, I'll be taking it as an admission on his part that he believes I would without a doubt win.
