I am still surprised that someone, somewhere does not cry "Cruel and unusual Punishment."
I understand that her death is a tragedy, but I also see a man vomitting and showing other such sicknesses forced by a judge as a little odd. It goes along the same lines with chemical castration.

It's not cruel and unusual if he abides by his terms of probation, now is it?
Chemical castration takes hold whether you break the terms of your probation or not, so no, it's not the same thing.
A more legitimate comparison would be to electrified fences that surround prisons. It would be cruel and unusual to administer painful, but non-lethal shocks to people. However, these people don't get shocked unless they make a run for it. Likewise, this guy doesn't get sick unless he drinks alcohol. You don't hear people bitching about electrified fences. Likewise, it's stupid to call this drug "cruel and unusual."
If you're going to use logic in your posts, try to be logical. Thx.
