kickass apt deal. friend needs lease taken over

a friend of mine lives in the same apt's i do, those who have been here know they kick ass.

she lives in the phase 1 part and signed a lease when rent was REALLY low, she only pays $550 a month for a close to brand new apt, in a badass complex, 2nd floor, same apt is like almost $700 now.

anyways, she needs to break lease, but lease breaking is like raping yourself.
i think theres 5-6 months left on current lease, she just wants someone to take it over when she moves out.
