progress 22mm rear sway is installed.

My suspension is very close to completion on how I want it, but next some falkens at all corners are definitely in order.

This sway made an incredible difference. Below the cheesy stock 15mm bar compared to the new 22mm bar with progress tie. The new bar makes the rear end 363% stiffer than before.

I took the car through some curvy roads and noticed it oversteers more by letting the rear end of the car swing around like it's rwd. Body roll is virtually eliminated and the tires take the brunt of the cornering. These 195/60 michelins squeal almost on every corner even below speeds of 30 mph.

Verdict: two thumbs up.

Current suspension setup:

Tokico d spec adjustable dampening shocks
Progress springs
Neuspeed lower X brace
Progress lower rear sway bar with tie.

Even on crappy tires, this car will make any driver feel confident around corners.

I'm going to adjust the sliding brackets possibly later tonight.

Looking pretty excellent. Did you buy it used? or did it get that dirty with installation?

I noticed the '83 has very little body roll completely stock except for my 195-50-15's on it. I was impressed.

yes i bought it used, and i also got it all dirty during the install- so a bit of both.

I redid the install tonight because the way the endlinks were angled, it really worried me. I got the idea to just swap the sides and turn them the other way. worked like a charm and it handles better like this too. I also made sure the swaybar is higher up against the tie bar and perfectly even via the jack unlike the crooked install from the first pic.

a few to get an idea. sorry for the quality of the first. =\ I should have taken a pic of mine before i fixed it.

Notice exactly how straight up and down the endlinks are now as opposed to having a forward 45 deg angle. It couldnt be good on the stock links.

----> One more thing,.

next up- 205/50 r15 on all 4 corners.

found them new online for 284 shipped for all 4. I will definitely be picking up a set very soon. Look for more to come. I have a few little ideas. :) ahem (smaller front sway ala rsx-s) although, im scared to produce any more oversteer without better tires, so falkens are next on the agenda.
