See the attached image.
For my current essay, I've got to have two sets of left margins.
First, to write 'thesis statement' and all the other crap you see in the sampe.
And then the second margin where the actual text/body are.
How in the world do I do this?
I need the first margin to be 1/2" and the second left margin to be 2", which leaves me with 1.5" of space to type in.
So far I've got the 'second' margin set to 2"...and I'm trying to somehow manually drag the margin lines or insert text somehow and nothing seems to be working.
Anybody have an idea how to do this? I've got my paper written but I've got to label the parts [only God knows the reason for that..pretty stupid IMO]
I'm thinking I may print it out (just Thesis Statement, Background, Evidence #1 etc) with the left margin set and then open a new document, reinsert my paper, and print it out with the second left margin set..if that makes sense.
