from reading the story... the garage supervisor knew of these jumpings before.. and yet the owners of the garages didnt respond to the "danger" . This is called a duty of care... when you have an open paring garage for people to come on to... you have to show a duty of care for the saftey of the patrons...

at least this is what the plaintiff will argue... i do agree that it isnt right that the kid or whoever is filing a lawsuit... but still..according to common law... the property owner has the duty of care to its patrons of known dangers and risks

I disagree. A duty of care has to do with the owner's negligence towards whatever causing the injury. His injury was because he fucking jumped the building. He caused it. Like I said, if he had tripped and fallen it would be another story.

Yeah, thats a good idea.

An even better idea would be having it ALMOST smash us, however as we both jumped out of the way we hurt our shoulders and broke a bone. We also will probably have nerve damage and the small, undetected tumors that we both had in our heads erupted and now we have to live the rest of our life in pain.

....thats worth at least 7 digits a piece.
